Minutes of the General Assembly of the Parish Council of São Cipriano on December 14, 2025
On December 14, 2025, the Extraordinary meeting of the General Assembly of the Parish Council of São Cipriano took place, with the sole item on the agenda being the review and voting on the interim report and accounts from 01/01/2025 to 02/11/2025.
The balance carried forward to the new executive body was €1,577.24 in cash and in the checking account, with values of unpaid invoices not reflected in the accounts since 2022 to ANAFRE amounting to €1,245.57, support to Associations yet to be paid amounting to €1,450.00, and €92.65 to be paid to the Associação Rancho Folclórico Danças e Cantares de São Cipriano for the dinner of the sound team of the 2025 Cultural Week. It was found that, according to the financial statements, 98.20% of the financial cost of the wall of Sr. dos Aflitos had been executed, but according to the Music Association "A Velha" of São Cipriano, the stone sold to the Council has still not been paid for, and it is not reflected in any concrete data or documentation regarding its value.
